I have applied new connection for broadband connection in oct-nov. 2014. till march service is very fine. i have not face any problem.
but last two month "mar-apr." i face very disgusting service of your broadband & landline connections + badly attending client by your branch.
i have not satisfied with your service. bcoz last two month i can't use my internet for single minute.
so, pls. solve my problem & pls. less my i½ month bill that have already payed by me. bcoz i cant use internet for any single minute.
so pls. give me response. i am suffering from your bad service.
