Dear sir, I have a bsnl sim no.[protected].I recharge Rs.20/- on 18.10.2013. Total amount was Rs.24/-.I have not use anything in this number. But the bsnl co. has deduct all amount from my sim except Rs.0.01on25.10.2013. Therefore, I request you pl. return my unnecessary deduct amount & obliged.
