BSNL — road block due to cable excavation

The only way towards the main road from the houses in our area has been completely blocked by the people who are digging up the land for laying cable from the BSNL company. Its been 3 days since now from 20/06/2015. We have raised a complaint to those people and no actions have been taken till now. And there is no access to the road also. We are not able to go out anywhere since no vehicle is able to pass through it and more ever there are heavy rains in these areas and makes it impossible for any vehicle to cross it. No actions have been taken till now and it causes a lot of inconvenience for the people staying here. Please take necessary actions towards the situation and have it sorted out as soon as possible.
