Respected Sir, I Am Singh From Talwandi sabo Dist : Bathinda : Punjab I am calling Alok sahu mobile no [protected] at 3.02 PM on 01/02/2016 thats provide by BSNL helpline center [protected] . I am calling for collect information regarding how to convert rajsthan state BSNL mobile number in to punjab state with proper info id proof and process of change inter state number he was not provide proper information and cut the phone even i try again after few second he was told me : "SAB KUJ BATYA TU DIYA ABB KYA CHAIYE " and I say am reguler coustumer of BSNL you are posted for provide proper services for people and I say i am complainst to higer authorities against you he was told " KAR DOO JO KRNA HAI" wording of Staff employes Of Talwandi sabo exchange and finaly he was cut phon again employees behavior for the customer Very Rudely. i Shall be great Thankful to you if you will take some necessary action against them.
