BSNL — Security deposit

My telephone no is[protected], i have landline with bsnl since last 8 years.in my bill they have mentioned deposit of 2504rs to my account.i wrote to them to Rajkot office to refund extra deposit but they replied me that you have deposit of rs 1175 and not rs 2504 printed on my bill.how can it be?accounts department of Rajkot says there is mistake and we will correct it but after 6 months of period they were not able to correct the amount.and they do not reply me after writing to gm ahemedabad and agm Rajkot.i am a senior citizen and they are just harassing me.
