BSNL — Security refund not received

My father sh. Janak raj sharma had submitted request for disconnecfion of bsnl landline no.[protected] more than two and half years ago in bsbl office at batala city. The landline no. Was than disconnected, but the bsnl security deposited had still not been refunded. Security was 2000. Kindly help in refund of bsnlsecurity with intrest till the security was deposited on our address of batala city which was already in record of bsnl company.
