I have noted the telephony and broadband services offered by this firm have reliability issues and there is very little info available if any in addressing them.
I was told that there was an exchange service outage near my area about 3 days ago without any ETC. I have lost broadband connection for the past 5 days. Here is a list of issues.
1. frequent number of outages and repairs
2. outsourced support with limited staff capacity
3. unresponsive staff who switch phones off
4. no sense o[censored]rgency or of customer needs
5. expectation of bill payments for whether or not services are delivered.
6. no escalation path or face available for a consumer
7. very poor communication on acknowledgment, providing reference complaint number, customer status follow-up, and providing info on something in repair or an outage.
8. cannot provide expected time to completion of a fix.
9. ping-pong of blame game
