BSNL — Staff member not responding | |||
Sir/Mam, I want to lodge a strict complaint against BSNL Karnataka staff member Mr.Dayanand(Salesman), i am using BSNL Broadband connection from last 30 days but after using 5-6dyas, i am getting problem with my modem, Mr.dayanand promised if you ever get any problem with modem i will replace it within 2 days, but from last 15days he is making fool and not responding any calls from last 10 days, he took Rs.2500 as a modem charges but according to market price was Rs.1700 and when we asked for bill he refused and said " i will not provide you any bill and details".Kindly take a strict action against this man and BSNL.
