[Resolved] BSNL — subscription scam | |||
On 8th january, during a day of strike when their customer care offices are not functioning, bsnl automatically subscribed provided number to some 'confession' service and deducted rs. 15 from balance. 1. Firstly, unable to unsubscribe with the number provided in the sms 2. The customer care executive on bsnl mobile customer portal refused to refund money and pointed out that there was a confirmation call (At 11.21am) from number to service which is untrue. Due to strike there is no physical customer care office open here to lodge complaint. This smells like a scam to swindle money out of talk balance. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have sent Port message to 1900 in the format PORT several times and have been charged, still I didn't get the Port code .
