BSNL — Telephone & Internet is not working properly since 4-5 months

As a Government Department the service we are getting is not to the mark. I am regular customer since very long time .My telephone no.is[protected]. Since last 4-5 months we are also getting serious telephonic problem of not either hearing or the other end could listen us properly. I have unlimited internet connection also since very long in which I am very much disturb. Actually I have given complain in office earlier but it was not solved. so I have given another complain which is register in & its Complain no. is [protected]. register in July 2015. then again new complain register in August .its Complain no.is [protected]. I am regular customer and paying bills regularly. But if my phone is not working properly and I have to pay and pay for the not properly utilize telephone it is not fare.
