BSNL — Telephone is dead for last eight months and bb is not working properly

Dear sir,
My telephone is not working since last 8 months and inspite of several complaints through telephone the agency does not take any step to rectify it. And because of this my broad band connection is too slow that sometime it will take several minutes to open a web page.
