BSNL — Top up recharge not done, but amount deducted from HDFC account

Hi, I have recharged my BSNL mobile - [protected] with top up of Rs 55 on 10 Aug 2014. However amount get deducted from HDFC bank account but did not received recharged amount on the mobile. The details are as follows - Date - 10 Aug 2014 Narration[protected]-ONLINE PREPAID REFIL Chq / Ref.[protected] Value date - 11 Aug 2014 Amount - 55.00 Please let me know when should I will get BSNL number recharged or amount back.
