BSNL — Transaction Failed

while i was trying to pay my landline bill in bsnl website, the transaction failed but the money was not debited back to my account.The transaction failed twice, amount Rs.1072 (twice= Rs.2404).Transaction Date[protected], transaction made by SBI Credit card, transaction through Bill Desk payment Gateway. Transaction id -TX[protected]. Pls return my 2404 Rs back to my account ASAP. Regards, Sreenivasaiah T [protected].
