BSNL — Unauthorized deduction of Rs7 from mobile for job alert .

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been receiving Job alert service to my mobile number [protected] from +[protected] since June 3' 2014.Unfortunately they did not provide any means how to stop this alert message which charges Rs 7/week. I tried various means to stop so in between for two weeks . Nothing happened. then it again started posting without my permission. Despite many reminders to the +[protected] the deduction is taking place. This is totally looting the customer. Who has no idea how stop this. Started on 3rd June'2014 on til date. Please do the needful in stopping such fraud services that customers has to take and suggest the needful in stopping the same in my mobile.
