I'm a loyal customer or subscriber of the BSNL broadband Internet service. I was the owner of the telephone number 2437 1568. I took the BSNL night unlimited broadband connection in the year 2006. According to my plan I was supposed to get free Internet (downloads not chargeable) between 2 AM to 8 AM. Recently in July this plan has been withdrawn by BSNL without giving any prior notice to the customers. All the customers have been unjustly billed with a huge amount for the month of July and August. In my case it is more than Rs 18, 000. I never had to pay a bill more than Rs 800 per month. We believe this is a very unethical move or malpractice being done by the BSNL ISP . Please take a look into this issue a lot of people have been affected by this. And they have been threatened with legal notices if the bills are not paid. We are being forced to surrender our landline and pay this bill please help us.
