I am aplying to mobile number portability
Because of network problem. In my locality network coverage very bad.when I sent message for port everytime I got same reply. I have already contacted customer care multiple times and they are giving me same reply that they have forwarded the complaint to seniors and I need to wait for 72 hours for the issue getting fixed. They are telling me this since last two months, and I am fed up. Please solve the issue.
“UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance”.these message shown evertime when we sms on 1900
Plz solve my problem
