BSPHCL — I am complaining about excessive amount of bill.

I am living in a 2 bedroom flat in which only 1 bedroom is in use with very few appliances. My electricity bill is very high as per my use. It is 2000 rupees per month which is not a genuine amount. I am bot able to pay this much bill as my parent's income is very low. This time the bill amount is nearly 10000. So i request you to please look over my problem. I had a check on the meter but it did not get resolved. I hope my problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

Actually Monthly electricity bill not generate timely and due to many months per unit charge apply more at one time deposit amount.
So please generate my electricity bill ecah month timely
