BSPHCL — Meter is not updated till now.

Dear sir my self I'm Ramparwesh Rajak J.E of panchayati raj department. I say to inform you in dudhpura panchyat ward no 10, Consumer id[protected] Dist - Samastipur, block Hasanpur, The Chief Minister's ambitious scheme, Har Ghar Nal Jal Yojana. has been closed for the last 3 months. Due to meter not updated since till date. The meter installed in the Nal Jal tower bill was paid on 02/07/2022 for Rs 10000. Despite the advance payment of Rs 3000, the meter has not been updated yet, For this, many times a complaint was given to the customer care and information was also given to the Junior Engineer of the Electricity Department, but till now no initiative has been taken to fix it, Even after 3 months have passed the meter not updated. Which is a matter of great regret.
So you my humble request please look this matter and immediate action should be taken on this.
