BSPHCL — not solving my problems

Dear sir/mam,
Kindly i want to inform you that i had submitted a complaint about having a problem with electric connection. After the complaint one of your staff of electric office called me and asked some questions about address and all and told me that my electric connection will be done tomorrow and demanded some unreasonable money to me due to which our work is pending yet. These all happened a week ago and still we are waiting for actions.
