I had paid my bill on 3 sept. 2017 but the bill wasnt uploaded and they came to my house to cut the line. I need to know the reason behind this irregularity.

Respected Sir,
Since I took new electricity meter by your board, I did not get any bill till date and there is no positive response from official at Bairgania power distribution Unit.
Please generate bill of valued sum so that I could be able to repay the amount in installments.
