BSPHCL — Regarding non-installation of electricity meter.

Dear Sir/ma'am,
Sir my name is Akshaybar Nath Tiwari. I have applied for electricity meter for more than 2 months but till now my meter has not been installed. These people do not give any response. When I call So always talk afresh as if they don't know anything. When I call them, they say that the meter will be installed tomorrow, the day after tomorrow. It's been more than 2 months since I heard this today.
