Budanta Networks Private Limited — urgent escalation extremely unprofessional behaviour & rude behaviour regarding unauthorized call recordi

This is to bring to your immediate attention the extremely unprofessional behaviour I experienced from multiple Budanta staff members today.

Today morning, our internet connection was not working. My sister contacted Budanta Customer Support through the complaint number 90*6789, but there was no response. Due to this, the issue was escalated to me.

I first contacted 89*5132, but the staff member spoke very rudely.
Then I contacted Mr. Prakash – Sales Manager, and when I tried to explain the issue with proper evidence, he was not ready to listen and again spoke very rudely. When I requested the Technical Manager’s contact number, he replied rudely saying, “I will not give, do whatever you want.” I was shocked to receive such a response from a Sales Manager.

After that, I contacted the Finance Team at ****5137. She informed me that she would try to connect to the manager, but when I requested the manager’s contact number, she also refused to share it and spoke rudely. When I asked for the HR contact number, she also refused. After repeated attempts, she stopped answering my calls.

Later, I contacted 96****2766 and explained the complete situation from A to Z. He said he would check and update me; however, I have still not received any update. I also sent a WhatsApp message, but I did not receive any reply. When I asked for his name, he rudely said that he cannot share his name and disconnected the call.

At this point, I am unable to understand what is happening within Budanta. We pay all our bills on time without fail, yet every staff member I spoke with today behaved rudely. No one was willing to share the contact number of a responsible manager. This raises serious concerns about the internal working environment and customer handling standards at Budanta.

In my 20 years of professional experience, I have never come across such poor response and unprofessional behaviour across all departments—Customer Support, Finance, and even the Sales Manager.

Serious Concern – Unauthorized Call Recording

Yesterday, I received an audio recording of my own customer care conversation dated 03/12/2025 from +91 76*5184 (Mr. Immanuvel) without my knowledge or consent. He sent my voice recording to my WhatsApp.
On 03/12/2025 at 15:21 hrs, he called me and spoke rudely, asking “Where are you? What is your problem? Tell me your location” in a threatening tone.

I want to know:

How my call was recorded without my consent

Who authorized your team to record and share customer calls

Why this recording was shared to my personal WhatsApp number

Under what SOP or license Budanta is conducting such activities

This is a serious violation of privacy and could be considered illegal.

Despite raising complaints multiple times, I have not received any response. I request Budanta Management to take immediate action regarding this matter.

I request your prompt response on the following points:

Escalation Matrix (Level 1 to Level 4) with names, designations, and direct contact numbers.

Reason for the rude behaviour of all the staff members who interacted with me.

Clarification on why the manager’s number was not shared even after multiple requests.

Explanation for unauthorized call recording and sharing of my personal conversation.

Immediate action against the staff members who threatened, misbehaved, and mishandled the complaint.

This situation has caused significant stress and inconvenience. I expect a written response from higher management at the earliest.
