Budnar's Diner And Coffee Crush — rude behaviour and making own rules

The owner of this coffee shop behaves very rudely with the customers even with ladies. If we go for morning walk and want to have coffee here then u should carry cash because he made his own rules that only rs. 50.00 and above can be cashless here. If we tell we didn't bring wallet and allow to pay by upi as it should be accepted even rs.1.00, he never accepts and tells very rudely that this is my shop and this is my rules. Over all its very bad that he is not comforting customers by his wrong rules. Though it's not a govt undertaken, but it's a govt registered shop it should give good service to it's customers. This is all we want.
