We have booked three flats in Alien Space station and unfortunately we have paid full amount for them.Now they are asking huge some of money for all the flats. The status of my flats are as below:
One of my flat is ready in station 13 and they are not going for registry of that flat. Every time i call up them, they come up with new excuse and every time a new person is there to give you new story. They are sort of blackmailing me that i should pay huge sum of money for shifting my other two flats to other space station & pay huge amount of money. Otherwise they will not go for registry for this already constructed flat.
I am very much worried about my money now. Can anybody who has gone for consumer Court /police can share the detail so that i can also join them . I have discussed this issue with a very senior police office and according to him police case can be registered against such blackmailing.

I booked a flat in station 9 in jan 2012 which i was promised to be delivered by mid 2013. almost after 2 years of patience when I visited in jan 2014, i was shocked to see that not even a inch of work is in progress in station 9. After enquiring about the same, i was told that aliens group has changed the strategy of construction and they will be completing the project in phases.they offered me to shift in new station 6, which they will be handing over by dec 2014 after long negotiations settled down for a new flat in station 6 at new price, however still the construction does not seems to be completed in less than 2 years. they have stopped replying to the emails also. Have already paid around 54 lakhs plus interest for 3 years. Is there any way to get the money back and cancel the booking. any suggestions...?

lets form a group and engage a legal firm to take this up. We are paying since Aug 2011 and these people show no signs of progress. I am not sure if we will ever get a refund if we cancel the project.
I think the banks should equally be responsible as they approved the project...
Alien people are cooperating now..they are paying me in bits everymonth...so i am co operating with them until they are paying me..also they promised me that if my flat is sold out then they will be paying me in big lots and very quickly like within 2-3 months..will update you all about the status in future too..
Yes, beware of Aliens Group... I am also stuck and cheated by them in Aliens Space Station -1 project... do consider hundreds of cases at State Comm, few dozen at National Comm and few FIR's against them... Good luck

same thing happened with me also.i also booked flat in 2008.They took money and cheating .
Did the people posting here form a group and filed a complaint? I heard that the Chairman was arrested recently. I would like to join the group for legal resolution of the matter too. Very angry at then for not asking any progress and always asking for more money and time.

I have recently occupied my flat in Space Station, I am seeing the project is growing rapidly without compromising quality aspect anywhere. I am truly satisfied with the basic amenities and the life I am enjoying here. thank to Aliens Group
We are very firm about principles of Vaastu; even we will not entertain a very small change in house against Vaastu because it is an ancient eastern science of architecture, construction and design aimed at harboring positive energies, eliminates negative energies and creates a tranquil atmosphere at home. We are very happy about the construction, and have no remarks about flat because we received it with very perfect Vaastu, not only about Vaastu the surroundings are also very impressible, we no reasons to ignore the flat, so without compromising on field we own a flat in Aliens Space Station, especially my family is very glad because for our children’s school is near to residence and with walk able distance to my work place, shopping malls, etc., So that we can maintain a far distance to the pollution.
We recently booked an apartment at Aliens Group, Tellapur in Hyderabad. My experience with Aliens group was quite pretty and handled smoothly with us, and we personally recognized the way of transferring the details of project was very impressive and the same attitude I have seen in the project also. The flat which I have taken was very well equipped and quality was too good.
I am extremely shocked with all the negative reviews doing rounds. This attitude restored my faith in Aliens Group. Obviously, I can’t assure blindly but guys just visit their site, interact with the people and take an up-to-date decision rather than being biased by negative reviews.
They were patient enough to respond to each of my queries; not just at the time of booking but even later, quite impressed with the overall experience.

File a Complaint
Many people have files cases against Aliens, mostly in consumer courts. Aliens management is very clever. They tried to delay proceedings in all cases. In many cases verdict is out against Aliens. Now to buy time, Aliens in appealing against the judgement in national forum. Although criminal case too should have been filed against them, but I am not sure of any such case. In my opinion Aliens management should be out behind bars for cheating so many people and then playing with the law.
