Hi, Alliance group is fooling their customers as Gated Community(BougainVilla - Chennai) whereas it is has been gifted to Local body ( Panchayat) and they have blocked the roads for other layouts behind which is CMDA approved and sold by other developers.Really pissed off with this and this absolutely ridiculous, what you think people are fools? Worst ever customer support I have ever seen in my life. To get the refund of the money people treat you like dogs. If you guys wanted to become a reputed builder better handle Customers properly.I sent a cancellation email two months ago and still I had to beg with these people to Get back the money .CRM poorani will never respond to the calls will never answer your emails. Beware of jasmine springs project they only milk you with words until you book.

I came to this contruction in 2014 and was told by the sales person Alliance Builders that the delivery will happen in Dec 2014 . But till date the construction is going on. And the construction quality is also below par.
Fake promises, now with RERA and the Aug 2021 completion date that is 7 years more than the original promised date. Please go visit and decide. But my suggestion to all is better not to waste your time and hard earned money on this Alliance Galleria project.
