I Am Writing To Bring To Your Attention The Unsatisfactory Experience I Had During My Recent Journey With Alliance Air. I Was A Passenger On Flight Number 9I622, dated 12 Dec 2023, Traveling From Indore To Delhi (PNR: CFFGE2) Would Like To Express my Disappointment And Seek Appropriate Compensation For The Inconvenience Caused Due To A Significant Flight Delay.

We Arrived At The Airport Well In Advance, At 3 PM, Expecting Our Flight To Depart At The Scheduled Time Of 17:15 Pm. However, After Securing The Boarding Pass And After Security Check In Of The Baggage And While Waiting At Gate No 10, I got to know that The Flight Is delayed and departure is rescheduled at 1915 hrs. I waited patiently but boarding gate was not opened and it was displayed at the info board that the flight is delayed without mention of the rescheduled departure time this time. The announcement was made that the boarding will start at 1950 hrs.This Delay Of Nearly Two And A Half Hours Caused Significant Disruption To My Travel Plans And Resulted In Undue Stress And Discomfort. Revised Departure Time -2015 hrs Instead Of Scheduled Time 1745 hrs.

What Exacerbated The Situation Was The Complete Lack Of Communication And Assistance From Your Airline. Despite The Substantial Delay, There Was No Provision For Refreshments Or Any Form Of Compensation Provided To The Affected Passengers. The Behavior Of The Staff During This Entire Episode Was Extremely Unprofessional And Rude, Adding To My Overall Dissatisfaction With Alliance Air’s Services.

Upon Reviewing Your Policy Regarding Flight Cancellations And Changes Of Schedules, We Understand That Circumstances Beyond The Control Of The Carrier, Such As Weather, Air Traffic Control, Or Mechanical Failures, Can Justify Such Schedule Changes. However, It Is Imperative To Note That No Extraordinary Circumstances Were Mentioned Or Explained For The Extensive Delay We Experienced.
I am serving as an officer in Indian Army where time is of paramount importance.
Due to this delay I missed my boarding in the train scheduled to depart at around 2100 hrs from New Delhi. I missed the important event/ parades of the next day that I was supposed attend. This caused mental trauma, stress, financial implecations and irreversible adversarial effect on my career. The suitably compensation to be provided for this act of harassment and mental torture by the airline.

    Urbanrise Rone Padur Project (Rera No: TN/01/BUILDING/0015/2019).

    I have completed all my registrations. Since April I have been chasing
    the CRM team to hand over my flat but still now it is not done. CRM Team is threatening me to pay an extra 2.5 lacs (Total Unit Price
    34, 93, 595) without paying that amount they will not proceed with handing
    over my apartment.

    The first payment which I have made on 12th December 2019 to Alliance
    for Siruseri Project later I have been asked to change it to Padur
    project because the siruseri project was not taken off. Then I
    received the Cost Sheet for (Padur Project) F12A12 flat is 34, 93595 along with Pre Emi Offer. Till May 2023, I have received the interest amount.

    After 3 years, now CRM team is saying that the agreement amount is
    incorrect from Urbanrise and I need to pay 2.5 lacs extra to proceed
    for handover. How can I be responsible and pay an extra than the
    mentioned amount for the mistakes done by Alliance that too after 3 years. Since it is taking much more time and I am losing my monthly rental from this Flat.

      We bought our house in urbanrise - New Porur, thirumazhisai on Jan 2021, during our purchase of land, they asked us to pay a maintenance amount of Rs.30, 000

      We questioned them what is the reason behind this amount, as soon as we purchased the land we are going to construct, then why should we need to pay maintenance amount?
      The reply we got was, though you build house and come, other plot owners might not come immediately, so bushes might grow, inorder to maintain that, we will be cleaning at regular frequency, so this amount is collected for that purpose.

      but till data not even once they have cleaned the area..Bushes are grown till people height, and we do see many poisonous snakes roaming around

      inspite of notifying them multiple time, they haven't taken any actions

      Either they need to clean it, or return back the amount.

        Car Parking Allotment

        Can you please shed some light on Car Parking allotment process by Builder.
        I have purchased a Flat in Alliance Galleria Residences apartment Pallavaram, Chennai.

        There are multiple blocks, Atrium / Magnus /Claudius and AUGUSTUS
        All other Blocks except Augustus has basement parking. Augustus only has stilt parking. 14 floors with 17 flat/floor.

        The salesperson committed that all the open car parking...

          Malathi CRM from Chennai Kotturpuram Alliance Group Office is abusing me and very Rude to me (Customer). Contact number - [protected]

          My sister booked flat in their project. PAID 1Lac money as booking advance. Due to salary less reason, her bank loan is rejected and now we are asking for refund of that Booking advance which we paid with our hard earned money. We already called them and sent emails many times regarding the same. My sister is living in Bangalore, so she is unable to travel to Chennai to their office and ask them. Date : Oct 26th 2022. Today Date is Dec 21st 2022... Past 2months I am suffering with this company to get her booking advance back. Before paying money they will talk sweetly and politely. But after we pay the money and ask for refund means. They are abusing and being rude to us.

          Their projects are delaying and also funds they are charging extra fines which is not mentioned in RERA Guidelines. Please take necessary action.

            Had booked 2 tkts to travel Blr cok for 6 dec via mmt however couldn't travel as my husband was hospitalized nd was in ICU . I called mmt nd got it cancelled and now I'm chasing for my refund . I have submitted all the required documents but still no information
            One of the worst airline to fly with and their support team is typical Robots wherein no information available.
            This airline should be boycotted by travelers

              I have booked a Plot with Aliiance Group -Oragadam project. Paid booing amount of 1L on 30th Oct'22. After receiving the booking money the company not giving the booking receipt, not giving any document for legal verification for bank loan processing.

              Now it been 20 days. They are not responding anything, not even responding to refund my money back.

                I Booked a house in Alliance Group ( Urbanrise Projects LLP Developer Master Account - [protected], Kotak Mahindra Bank - Mumbai branch) which was shared by Mr. Kalanithi - [protected] [protected]@urbanrise.in, at first he ask 20 thousand for advance booking to the above-mentioned number via G Pay. on 28/08/2022. then he shared IIFL Housing Mr. Rishi [protected] he collected all the documents and IIFL Rishi messaged me on WhatsApp to pay 10% to Alliance and the loan was approved by Monday. on 11/09/2022 I paid 3, 15, 292/- to ( Urbanrise Projects LLP Developer Master Account - [protected], Kotak Mahindra Bank - Mumbai branch) from my account.

                later IIFL Rishi told the loan amount was not fully sanctioned so he increased the tenner and rate of interest even though the requested amount was not sanctioned. As per Alliance Kalanithi's words, I ask the amount to return when the loan is not cleared he refused and told us no such process is there like a refund on 14/09/2022.

                formally I send a mail to cancel my booking and several remainders there is no reply from him and also from his management. when yesterday 18/09/2022 I called him he told me he is showing the same house which I booked for others and going to sell D205. Then only I found they are not booked the D205 they just collected the money and that's why they do still not send any booking confirmation over mail and the receipt also he told already another person registered the same before us.

                No receipt, No Payment Confirmation, No mail response, when visited they casually walk away. when I asked about RERA terms and policies about a refund they are telling me no such policies they are following after I drop the mail to the Income-tax department and RERE, CM cell, Commissioner. today he confirmed that when we officially send the cancellation then refund our money within 120 days. from 14/09/2022 to today we are dying to get these words from him orally. the management also not responding to my emails. even though I called customer care he told me he don't know anything about their terms and policies.

                apart from getting payment getting a receipt for my 20, 000 and 3, 13, 292/- is more difficult. and how they are telling such RERA there are no refund policies. how is the employee who collected the money from the customer to his account to date they are not giving any receipt? they are violating all the rules and regulations.

                1. no receipt

                2. no bill

                3. employees collecting money to their account

                4. management refused to give the payment acknowledgment.

                5. no reply after collecting payment.

                6. After 5 days they are telling me there is no refund policy even though I sent the RERA policy he refused to accept it and told me no such policies.

                7. The flat D205 which I booked was already booked by others and after 10% was collected from me they showed the Flat to others and planning to sell it.

                If they collect any money from the customer they have to give a bill or at least a payment receipt but they are not even acknowledging the mail for payment that they collected. with one property they collect money 10% from everyone so they are afraid to give the receipt. this is purely cheating.

                  This is regarding the house i booked with Urbanrise Manhattan Condos project. I booked two flats H505 & H1809 and i was promised a referral bonus. However its been 1 year and didnt get the referral bonus yet despite numerous follow ups in person and over the phone. I am getting false commitments from Jayakumar & Rafiq that i would get it in a weeks time everytime i follow up, but didnt get it. I was getting multiple call backs and both of them visited my house multiple time during the booking time to get the initial payment and home registration. However there has been no calls and its me who is following up everyday to get an update regarding referral bonus issue. Sandhya from the same team who called me regarding the pending payment approval for further loan processing was sarcastic on calls. She promised me multiple times that she would check on referral bonus issue and get back with an update. But just calls me only regarding the payment approval everytime and i completely didnt like the way she spoke to me today. I want to cancel both my house bookings with Urbanrise.

                  Hi - I would like to raise further compliant on this as i have been getting only wrong information right from beginning and it was all done only to sell the house. After selling the house, every time i getting wrong information and they keep adding new details. upon calling them to enquire, staffs behave rude and the managers are not keeping up their promises in getting back with the details. I had to follow up or visit their place every time. This is completely frustrating and i want to cancel both my houses H505 & H1809 which i booked and i wanted to escalate this to the CEO MR. and the wrong information being given just to to sell the house Mr. Manoj Namburu

                    I have booked a flat for 2 lakh with Urbanrise Alliance Group of Company Padur Chennai. (urbanrise manhattan condos).

                    I canceled the booking within 5 days from the date of booking (31st May 2022) and still, the booking amount has not been refunded.

                      Booked flat on Alliance Galleria Augustus 701 on Feb 13 and then immediately cancel due to some personal problems. Till now not refunding my money nearly 5 months over. With Sales person Vasanth, crm team ( Gautamy, Malati, Leena ) every one I contact so many times, send 14 mails but all are useless.

                      I am still requesting these people to refund my hard earned money.

                          Hi,

                          I have cancelled a booking in Alliance Group's Urbanrise Apartment in Padur, Chennai on 27th March 2022.

                          I have notified the same through email and phone call to Mr. Jayaprakash Deputy Manager Sales and Dharmendra DGM Sales. I have requested for refund of Booking advance Rs. 2 Lacs INR.

                          However till date no refund received. As per RERA act Builder should refund within 45 working days.

                          Despite several followups nothing significant is done. If no other option I need to approach RERA and Alliance group through legal notice.

                            I booked flat in Augustus 701 in Feb 13 2022 and due to some financial issue cancel it next day . As per the terms and conditions I should get refund with in 120 days. Even after 120 days they are not refunding my amount and saying needs to get update from account team. Being such a big reputed builder still not refunding money and not following your terms and conditions. I want my money to refund asap. Now I am too much frustrated with my decision to buy a flat with alliance group.i had the worst decision in my life and never forgot this decision.

                            The sales person always tell the same update every time call. The crm team never respond to phone call. Out of 20 times one time they respond and say we need to get update and then inform you. Why r you not following your terms and conditions? Why you are not able to refund my money on time? You should refund with the stipulated time you mentioned in terms and conditions.
                            As I mentioned I booked in Alliance Galleria Augustus 701 even after 120 not refunding my money. There are more than 100 times call to them and 14 mails send but either no response or same rubbish statement. Worst experience in my life. It's our money, after so much hard work we earn. We have patience till the end date they mentioned but till nit getting my money refunded.
                            It's been 4 months 15 days I have been keep following for my refund. Last time when visited alliance office in chennai they told not to come office and promised that 100% surely I will get refund before 15th July. I am still waiting to get refund . Already more than 135 days cross but I am not getting my money It's been so pathetic.
                            Its been more than 145 days but still no refund. It's too pathetic, horrible and stressful condition for us . They are not follwing rera rules atleast they should return my money within the time they set in terms and conditions.
                            Still not refunding booking amount even after nearly 5 months from the day I canceled.

                                I have been waiting for the handover of the flat i booked since 3 years.

                                They have just charge extra as penalty without any clarification.

                                I'm following up and trying to sort with Leena/Dilipan but none is responding to my queries.

                                  We have booked a unit in the month of Sept 2019 and the promised date of handover was June 2021, later they extended it to Dec 2021 using corona as an excuse.

                                  Now it has been March 2022 still the unit is not handed over and they are not even letting us do the interior for our unit.

                                  CRM Team is not even turning our calls and treating us very bad even if we visit the office.

                                    There is an one year delay in handing over Alliance galleria residence as per RERA, When enquired about it their CRM team will block out your number and will not even respond to your mail. Worst part is i received an active follow up and communication during payment request but when i reach out to them for any updates is blank. I need refund of my money or correct details regarding my handover and CRM who respect their customers. Even after sending several escalations mail to [protected]@alliance.com, still its nothing, im sincerely hoping atleast i get justice in this forum

                                      Alliance is full of lies, they will followup continuously on your payments but when you reach out to them for any queries they will be super busy always. Worst CRM groups. They quality is third class, They want to mint middle class people money and provide a substandard quality appartment. They even change their RERA date...
