DLF New Town Heights Rajarhat Kolkata has been cheating its apartment owners at the time of possession in various ways. Asking for extra charges on account of area increase No compensation on the delays for over 3 years of the project Adding on extra taxes and government charges Asking the owners to sign on various documents Only 2 tower possession letter have been given - And all the owners are extremely unhappy and agitated by this kind of cheating - Resulting on huge losses to the owners. Handing process a nightmare, inapt and absolute chaos.Acceptance of complain is very graceful but yield amount to near zero. Fixtures, locks electrical plug points are of questionable quality.Unable to track payment for a period of nearly 30 days plus.To add salt to injury penalty added for delay in full payment-I guess they had to extract penalty as a devise to null the pay back.I am sorry that I had opted to purchase 2 of their property with the assurance of quality of perceived DLF quality of service.What a shame.
