2. No system o[censored]pdating address despite several reminders and talking to the people and sending request even in the required format with address proof.
3. As they send notice for reminder on your last address, you dont receive it and dont pay in time. They promptly levy interest due to delay.
4. You keep requesting them for forgiving the penalty they dont listen and show it outstanding.
5. The chief of commercial office is one of the rudest you can ever talk to. She get angry and upset on trivial matters and issues. Dare not exercise your right of being a customer, you may be put to lot of inconvenience.
6. They dont own responsibility of completing project in time........and fast loosing reputation of one of the best builders.
