Hi,
I have booked a flat in Marg Swarnabhoomi located in ECR on Dec 2011, but due to financial issues, we had to back out and cancel the booking. We made the cancellation request on Aug 2012 and they informed us that we will receive the refund in 3 months,deducting 25,000 rs from the total amount paid. Its been 1 year now, since we made the cancellation, yet they havent refund the amount as promised. Everytime when we ask an update about the refund, we hear that the refund will happen in another 2 or 3 days, but they keep giving the same answer again and again and it seems that there is no end to this.
I am now thinking of approaching this legally, but I am worried that it will take another 1 or 2 years, or even more to get the refund back. Please can someone advice if this can be handled legally and the chances and duration of getting the refund, if I do so.

yesterday 03:30 pm (05/8/11) we booked ticket from banglore to bellari amount has taken from my debit card rupees 190 & 190 two times but my ticket was not booked so please refund my amount immedietly................
