Very true words said about builder. They are pathetic. Always delay their projects. And whenever you ask them when it will be completed, they will give some reason or other and then say that it will be done in a month which never happens...
WORST developers in mysore.. If you are looking for an apartment then I request you to PLEASEE dont go with them. They are a CHEAT. They sold me the apartment which was already sold to someone else and now I am all stuck in court cases and all. I have a small family and I invested close to about 50 lackhs and now my judge is saying that it will take about 3-4 years for settlement.
I am all stuck in these court cases and really dont know what to do now as I dont even belong to Karnataka/Mysore.
I request all of you out there to just abandon this developer and not to buy from him as he is a big cheat and you may be the next. He is definitely not the one whome you can trust. I am seriously regretting the day I booked an apartment with them.

Rightly said. They are a bunch of liars. Completing project on time is a different story. They will go to any extent to cheat you. They will sell same apartment to mutliple people by signing agreement with them. Since agreements are sign on just bond papers and are not registered agreements, so there is no way for prospective buyers to verify if the apartments are sold multiple times. Finally when buyers comes to know about this, they will just keep on pacifying them that we are sorting out the problem and will get back to you. But nothing will happen for months. Finally all the buyers who are sold same apartment are forced to file court cases against Pathak developers and each other. Court cases will go on for years and in the meantime Pathak will use or rather mis-use illegitimate amount he collected from all buyers for either his luxuries (like buying Range Rover) or investing in other projects to cheat more people. They proudly say that - "We already have so many court cases against us. One more case will not make a difference. Our lawyer will drag these cases for years.". Finally after years of waiting, customers will themselves come to compromise. This is their way of working.
Why is your complaint marked as "Resolved" when you are still facing the problem. "Consumer Complaints", please look into this.

With all this behind the screens a few directors, investors and employees decided to discontinue their journey with us which did divert our focus for a while, we took some time to arrive at a decision consulting our mentors, solicitors, Charted accountants and we decided to revamp, putting across all the facts and figures with other technical difficulties of sand issues and rise in the price of raw materials.
This certainly was a time loss but we decided to communicate, with utmost transparency to our customers, land owners, vendors one on one and took some time to commence, complete, suggesting alternates, resolving majority of issues one by one. We are thankful for all those who understood us at this point.
Right now, our path- way forward has been very clear as we remain focused. The New Year 2016 is certainly yet another re-birth of the brand "Pathak” with the bug of straight forwardness and transparency at each step.
Another clarification on the legal front is that, our property documentation is professionally handled by our set of expert team so we wish to on this front that we have zero legal issues in terms of our property documentation though the properties that we have picked are from older localities.
we will do our level best to ensure that we minimize any cancellations and resolve all the issues which claim to be doubly booked or having the doubts on the sharing patterns with the land owners.
Everything that Pathak's have achieved is purely on the basis of our customer's trust and faith.

What a joke! Pathak developers, no need to clarify anything, word of mouth is enough and is very powerful. You people are a black spot on Mysore. To put in simple and plain terms you are bunch of criminals.
I wonder, still how many years you can cheat and fool people.
Any one willing to understand about these people, just search government websites which displays the number of court cases against this builder. In many cases, you can get a copy of judgement also.
You yourself can verify about this fraud builder. No need for others to certify.

Pathak developers is a BIG CHEAT, FRAUD and a CRIMINAL with no professionalism in the way he conducts his business.
Please do yourself a favor and stay away from doing business with him or his company. It saves you time, effort, money and peace of mind.
I'm aware of great number of litigations against him by the innocent people who were CHEATED by him. It includes land owners who entered into joint ventures with him and the people who have bought flats from him. He cheats both the landowners and the customers by selling the flats and not completing them.
Please be aware, avoid him EBOLA virus. He is a BIG CHEAT, FRAUD and a CRIMINAL.
