We have paid part of the consideration, developer delayed the project and is not giving complete documents for legal clearence.
This project is joint development project, wherein land is owned by Mr Devaprasad and other gentlemen and developer is Pathak Constructions, Mysore. Landlord owns 40% share and developer 60% share. Flat sharing agreement is with the developer and not sharing. Same is apparantly un registered.
Landlord is not willing to jointly execute the sale deed and creates problem by saying that he owns this particular flat. Developer claims that he owns the flat. Developer has not provided any documents to prove who owns the flat.

It false that we have no encroached any neighbour space that not legally allowed and we are a reputed company from past 35 years and delivered more than 400 families staying till date
Secondly all the post in this regard is done by you to defame us and our company
We agree there was a small problem with neighbour but it stands resolved
The person speaking in this form is defaming us and we all ready files a deformation complaint on him and her
Beware f post like this as they are trying topsoil our hard earned name
