RCS Parivar — Matured payout not giving

RCS property, now RCS parivar is not refunding my matured FD amount of rs 4 lacs back, there all cheques are bounced & there monthly MIS is also not comming in my account, they are liers & not on there commitment. Now they had forcefully taken all the contract stamp papers back.Pls help in this with police complaint.

completly agree...Total scam company guys...I've invested 48K, a year back and now when cheques get matured, they got bounced. While enquiring with the given office numbers, they told me that company name has been changed from RCS Property to RCS parivaar and all old plans and cheques are no longer valid. On asking, if I have any chance to get my money back, I've been told to forget it for another 4 years. This is total poster company guys...have checked there track record...they keep changing names and even government is not doing anything about these scams.

I will definately gonna book these goons in the court of law...please let me know, if anybody else is there, who also got cheated, through this forum
