I booked a plot from ur castles layout and i cancelled as there was an emergency and i was short of cash we never had any problem as we got our money back at the time they stated they will give us the money.i presented the cheque after the few days and the cheque was honoured they never cheated us...

have u did a legal verification of the property docs before proceeding further.
The company has given me an alternate site in the same layout.

Myself Swapna, We have booked a site with them in November 2014, Till now no registration. They are telling layout plan is changed so that site is not available, when we asked for cancellation they are telling they dont have money and we have to choose the site amoung whatever is left out. They are bledy cheaters never do business with them, They dont have any ethics.

Hi, we had a discussion with manager of the company and they resolved the issue for us.Looks like they have improvement in their process. We were given with PDC and received the payment. Hence marking it as resolved. We had multiple discussions and received PDC from them. Issue is resolved now.
Nothing is Good with Accent Properties(UR Castles), they are big cheaters.Please dont buy any thing from Accent Properties.They should have developed the layout and no work is done on ground.Thay have cheated many consumers without cash being paid and many have not got land size which they have promised. Customer has paid for 60*40 dimension site but when he went to measure the dimension of the land it was only 60*30, totally he was heated for (60*10)600 sq ft.PLease don't buy anything Accent Properties UR Castle

I do not see any progress from the day I have purchased till now. They had promised to make it a fully gated community with all the facilities like swimming pool etc. As of now, I do not even see traces of these.

Myself Debasish and I too got a plot in UrCastles phase 2 purchased in 2014 . As per their promise they have done nothing till date. The property condition is getting worse. I went to visit my plot today after a year and the path to my plot is almost non_ existent. The phone number of Ramesh Reddy the sales executive is not working anymore neither the one I found in google. Looks like I got into a scam here. Please if anyone is facing the same issue or have any update on it or planning any legal action, then contact me as well on [protected].
I request consumer complains also to register a complain against Accent Properties and help refund my hard earn money.

This is varalakshmi and Shoba we have taken two site this builder's both ashok reddy and ravendra reddy are fraud .we have taken two site in ur castle we are orphanage we have registered also he is selling same site for others also no improvement lot of issue at present we want to build. Pls give our money back we don't required ur site u keep ur fraud site with u fraud builder God never forgive u u ate orphanage money
