I too purchased a plot measuring 30x50 feet plot in 16th Jan, 2014. Mr. Ashok Reddy and Mr. P Raveendra have registered the said property. From this date of purchase till this date they have not done any development, instead kept on saying due to demonitization they are unable to do any development. I dint understand this. I was trying to reach one Mr.Babu Reddy and another Ramesh, just they were buying time everytime, finally Babu Reddy gave me Raveendra mobile number and I sent a message to him he replied this "IT WILL BE CLEARED AT THE EARLIEST" (05/02/2019) after this no response to our message at all. I made several visits to their office at KEB office Jayanagar, but last month visit, some body else was there and they told these cheaters have moved and they dont know their new address. But I was referring somewhere they have an office at 23rd A main, J P Nagar, if you all agree we can meet one day at his office and make necessary police compliant also.

I have also bought a plot (30x40) from them in 2016 and yet to get the Khatha. I am happy to join you and other people to meet them in their office

I had bought a plot in 2012 on LIC loan, now I see that there is another owner, but the registration EC showed I was the only owner, now the later EC shows that they land already had another owner. Following up with these guys since last 3 to 4 years, no resolution.
