Bulkmm — Product undelivered

Hey, my name is mantasha and i’m a resident of omaxe grand, noida
And i ordered a hoodie on july 1 nd today is 18th of july
I have just received a confirmation text from bulkmm but not received my order yet
There is no customer care number from where i can contact them
Also i have mailed them thrice
But there’s no response yet
I have a screenshot of d product that i have ordered nd also about d confirmation text of d product
Now i want my money back or else i will take serious action about it
