The Concerned Authority,

I am an investor/buyer in the project Omaxe BeTogether Courtyard, Lucknow (PPP model with UP Government). At the time of booking, I was assured in writing that I would receive Assured Return (AR) payments until possession.

However, despite repeated follow-ups, the builder has failed to honor the commitment. This is causing financial loss, mental stress, and is a clear violation...

I am writing to seek an urgent update regarding the possession of my booked 2 BHK flat at Grand Omaxe, Lucknow, for which I have paid approximately 90% of the total amount.

As per the original agreement, possession was due in June 2021. However, as of June 2025, possession is yet to be handed over, and no clear communication has been provided regarding the delay or the expected possession date.

I don't know after giving all my taxes and payment of particular unit after getting oc a new amount emerges due of 7 lk as a plc which I had bought a unit without plc and no detail of this plc ever given me before as I purchased 2 yrs back then r asking anything as they want plc with tax as nothing mention on my builder buyer agreement and rera certification also now what to do I don't know can some one help...

I had booked an office space in ITC Omaxe, Greater Noida in Dec, 2012 under flexi payment plan wherein Omaxe promised to pay 10% assured return of the basic cost . The Company paid assured return till Dec, 2018. We paid an amount to buy a flat in OMAXE HEIGHT SONIPAT and was allotted flat no. 805 in the name of Kamaljit Kaur. We decided not to go ahead with buying the flat and according to the contract we are now entitled to get back our intial application money but not the allotment money we paid and it's been more than a decade that we have been requesting the refund of our money that we are entitled to.

I had a plot in secotr 28 rohtak with plot no. 113, documents for registry with fee submitted in march but then unfortunately lockdown happened followed by some registry blockage in haryana.But as now every thing is working well since last 2 months but still no firm date for registry is finalised by omaxe.Every time i contact on their customer care no. They mention for further 15-20 days time.....
