Bunaai — bad service and support

I have ordered a dress from bunaai with order no. R_60281. But due to size issue i have request them on same date to replace my dress. They have accepted replacement request and arranged pickup for same. But after 5-6 days the courier get not picked and i just called them then they said for courier this package with own arrangements. I have done the same and package with dress get delivered on 05/09/2019 (Screen shot enclosed). Now i am trying to contact but they did't replying (See screenshot enclosed).

Request you to please do the needful and oblige.
