I placed an order #419187 for a lehenga worth Rs. 15, 000/- on their website on 27th November 2023 and asked for delivery before 7th December. However, the order never got delivered and now when I'm asking them for the refund since last 3 months they are outrightly denying saying that your case is closed from our end and that we will not respond to your queries on any channel.

Received defective product and bunaai is not refunding the amount
I bought a suit worth rs. 5000/- from bunaai on[protected] with order I'd 424796_BUNA01412 and received it on[protected]. The suit had a defect and on contacting them they didn't even gave an exchange option and said that you can fix it on your own.

Hi. I had ordered a lehenga worth Rs 15, 000/- from their website in November 2023 and had asked them for an early delivery as I had to attend a wedding in Agra on 8th December for which the order was placed. However, the bunaai team refused to deliver it earlier stating that if there is any manufacturing defect then they may take longer to deliver. I asked them to cancel my order but they refused to cancel it. The order arrived while I was not in the city and got returned back to their warehouse. Since then I have been chasing them for my refund but they are not paying any heed to it. I need the complete refund of my order along with compensation for the harassment and making me wait so long for the refund of an undelivered order.

Hi. I order a lehenga worth Rs 15, 000/- from them in November 2023. I asked them to get it delivered to me before 7th December as I had to leave for a wedding on 8th December to Agra..The bunaai team refused to deliver the order before 7th stating that if there is a manufacturing defect, it may take even longer so I asked them to cancel the order. This request too was not entertained by bunaai. I purchased another one offline and left for the wedding. The lehenga arrived when I was not available to take the delivery and hence it got returned back to their warehouse..since then I have asked them to refund my 15, 000/- but they are refusing to do so. I hv ordered a suit set on 9 the of September 23 and after making so many called they sent me two size smaller suit set .then after making so many called and unanswered emails they finally agreed to refund the money but even now I hv not received any money .

We placed an order for a single dress on their website on 31/05/2023 and they just keep saying they are making the order but they don't. They did not deliver so far and when we ask refund they only ask us to wait another week. They are only taking money from people and making low quality dresses and conning people

My brother had made a purchase of 4.2k dress from this site for me on 11/03/23. we had raised request for return immediately as I did not like the dress much but they rejected stating the order has to get delivered Post which you can raise request for return. I was not available when the order was delivered and hence could not check and raise request for return/exchange. We raised request on 15/03/23, to which the team started denying to return/refund/exchange the order stating for sale products there is no such policy. This is ridiculous just because it's a sale product why can't we exchange. After explaining them the situation still they have no answer. There is no response to calls properly nor do they reply properly. Just state it's company policy nothing else. The products are charged so high, in comparison to such a low service. It certainly not a customer friendly company and there is no value to customer feedback.

I ordered a product from Bunaai on Feb 3rd . After 10days when I tried calling them no one was answering even after staying 30mins on call. I emailed them, they responded saying the delivery is delayed due to production delay. I again raised a complaint after waiting for 20days, they said the previous batch was defective and they are doing the production again. I asked for refund but they said they cannot do it. Very ### customer care people
Size charts are not appropriate and when u talk to customer care service people regarding it, they don’t give u a proper solution and will talk inappropriately.
Also when u call then for the first time..it will take more than half hour for them to reply and then also you will not get any solution
and again i[censored] call them for the second time…they won’t even answer the call once they get to know abt your complaint.
Think atleast 100 times before buying anything for this site because basically you will be dumping your hard earned money in fire because neither they will refund your money n nor they will replace!!
especially customer service guy is pathetic…total waste of money, time and peace of mind!!!

I had placed an order online (order no. Bunaai356325) but immediately I wanted to cancel on same day before shipping the order. But the customer service team is telling they won't refund. They are behaving rudely and telling nonsense story. The delivery is not done. How can there be no refund policy. Such ethical practice by this company. Please take necessary action on this company and get our refund and save customer interest.

My prepaid product is still not shipped even though the website says it will be delivered in 7-10 business days. On asking for a refund, the team has completely denied refund and also threatened to block me on social media so that I am unable to reach out to them. I have spent 4800 on my purchase and this has completely gone wasted.

Prepaid order, the team denied to ship my product and also to provide refund. Instead when I left them a negative review, the poor customer care associate blackmailed me to delete the comments and only then they will process my refund. They have not been responding to my emails or messages and also threatened to restrict and block me.

I had a very bad experience with your customer care staff Mr.Mithun Mishra (I don’t know if it’s his real name, he told me that’s his name). First of all, when I called he just clearly sounded lazy and sleepy. He didn’t even tell me his name. I had to ask for it. Then I told him what my issue is and that I haven’t received my order. He just clearly said sorry our duty is only to ship so I cannot help you with this, contact DTDC. Then I asked if he has their number, and he said no then I asked how do you partner with a company whose number you don’t have? Then he gave me the DTDC number. I tried that number but no help so naturally in this case I will contact your customer care because your company has shipped it. When I called up this time he was very rude. He had the audacity to tell me don’t worry you will not get duped maybe you are ordering online for the first time then I got angry and I was giving him the answer, but he just hung up the call. All I want to tell you is I have ordered from various portals and online companies, and never have I received such a rude reply and behavior. First of all, they never say it is not our duty to ensure that the product has reached you or not. They always helped me. I tried your company for the first time and sorry if I am going to hurt you by saying that henceforth I will not buy clothes from BUNNAI. I had a very bad experience.

Truly a fraud website..which is managed by their conwomen miss pari choudhary...who has trained her good for nothing employees to harass their customers who have paid huge amount for their roadside cheap dresses ...there are thousands who have been duped by this fraud website but they are still running their business with our hard earned money..pari choudhary is living a lavish lifestyle all thanks to innocent customers like us who trusted them to be a reliable website...I really really hope she goes behind bars very soon and is asked to compensate each customer for their fraud services...I got duped of 15k...which Miss Pari used to celebrate her birthday 😡

I had ordered a suit from them on sale. But I still have paid them my hard earned money. When I asked them for an exchange for a size they simply denied citing the company policy. Which is not even visible to the customer while

I placed the order on 8 th April. There hasn't been any movement on the order. It's already been 10 days and absolutely no news or update after placing the order. I wa told over mail max tht total time to deliver is 12 days or in worst 15 days products get delivered.But as already told over mails I need the order in 6 days maximum else I won't be available post that .
How are you gng to do that. with such delay where there hasn't been any movement since placing the order. This has not happened with other products placed. Since I complaint regarding the previous product my this new order has not been processed by your team.

Denying Refund/Replace

I ordered two kurta sets from their online platform Bunaai worth Rs 5850 on[protected]. The expected delivery date I was shown by them was[protected] prior to Rakshabandhan. However, they kept changing delivery date and it finally arrived on[protected]. The tracker showed that my order was in Delhi, where I lived, for 1 whole week. Even at 11 pm on 21st, it said that the expected delivery date is 21st. They are misleading the consumer.
And now, not only are they refusing to refund/ replace the offer, they are not even willing to change the size of the products received in the name of their policy. Since, their customer executive suggested i file an FIR, i have chosen this platform to raise my concern.

I purchased a salwar suite on June . however it is found small in size. The company denied exchange citing their refund policy as my product was in sale category. the company has not alerted the customer before buying the product. This is purely breach of trust. According to them, it is published somewhere on the website which is difficult to locate for a first time customer. When I alerted about this refund policy on their Facebook business page, they removed/hide my comment and it is a fraudulent behavior as the company wants to trap the customer intentionally and extract their money

I have ordered a salwar suit at #Bunaai ( order no 177194) . I received the product but found that the stitch of the product is not proper . I have tried contacting the customer care via email and phone call . They are denying of any defect whereas I am not at all satisfied with the product stitch which is making it a ill fit . I won’t be able to use product and if they don’t accept the return of the product, I have to waste my hard earned money . I want you to take up the matter .

They have accepted replacement request and arranged pickup for same. This is regarding the delivery of my order [protected]. You have told me that a message will be sent on my registered mobile no regarding the shipment and delivery of the product in 7-10days. I ordered the product on 20th october 2018, but have yet not received any response from the team that where my product is. On the web portal it's still showing that "epayment have will been received". The tracking information is not getting either updated or the order has not yet not been shipped until now.
