Bunaai — Received defective product and bunaai is not refunding the amount

I bought a suit worth rs. 5000/- from bunaai on[protected] with order I'd 424796_BUNA01412 and received it on[protected]. The suit had a defect and on contacting them they didn't even gave an exchange option and said that you can fix it on your own.
