My Aunt is widow and she is only earning member in the family and having the responsibility of his sons education and other house hold responsibility on daily basic.She is investing in the 3 FD named 1)Bill Care Research -INR 40, 000/-. 2) Helio and matheson Information technology limited-INR 40, 000/- 3)Plethico Pharmaceuticals limited-INR 40, 000/- So total principal investment is Rs.1, 20, 000/-.All the investment is made in the year early 2013.A
All the principal as well as interest payment was defaulted by all the above three company.
Can anybody help us to give some sort of information on what is latest update on repayment or support to get this amount.

Yes, I think it is a FAKE call, we shouldnt be responding to those calls. These Spammers will take more money from you to fight the case, etc and will dupe you. Dont answer or share any additional info to them.

In Bilcare FD I had invested Rs. 25000 in cummulative Deposit option dated on 15/10/12 with Deposit (FDR) No. 815113 for a period of 1 year and it matures on 14/10/13, on 30th Sept 2013 I have received letter stating that we will extend the deposit for further period of 2 years which is on 14/10/2015 without my acceptance. On 14/10/2015 - When I approached the concerned company and the broker they were not responded properly and also I have sent Register letter to the Company Law Board to Mumbai office for this issue earlier, but no response I have received. I need this money urgently to pay the school fees to my son, Since this is a small amount and also I heard they are settling less than Rs. 50000 amount.

I had deposited Rs. 40, 000.00 in Bilcare Ltd. Fixed Deposit for one year, through their broker M/s Integrated Enterprises P. Ltd, Chembur, Mumbai -400071 and which matured on 28.01.2014. The company unilaterally extended the maturity date by 2 years. As such the FD matured on 27.01.2016 as per the notification sent by them. However till date they have not refunded not refunded the principal amount or the interest. Interest was paid only for the first year. Repeated letters and mails to them have elicited no response. I am a Senior citizen 73 years of age and retired. Interest on savings is my only income Hence I require my money to be paid very urgently.

I just enquired at their pune number, they are making some plan for FDs below 1 lac.
After 15th October, they will pay 50% Interest, if no interest is paid so far, and remaining principal and 50% interest will become a fresh FD with quarterly interest payment.
For that some forms will be made available through the investment partners.
Lets hope they keep their word.

It seems if one will deposit money with a company, the company assumes all rights on it, and one will be a begger for own money. Company law board is not concerned about depositors and grants permission or extensions to company to take investors to task without any heed to the public sparing money for the benefit of the company.
