My name is Jyotsna Sur. My registered phone number is [protected]. I gave my all EMI. But continue they are calling and SMS me. And said my EMI is due.then I called their customer care number [protected]. Bussan, 'a executive told me at the time when the lockdown was going on in West Bengal, At that time we could not pay the EMI asking for his interest. But our finance minister told that time if any body couldn't pay any loan's emi they will be not charged any interest. But bhusan pressurized me. And also send me a sms that my emi 4915 is due. This is in regards to your below mentioned query, we would like to inform you that you have not paid EMI's from May'2020 to Aug'2020, so moratorium has been applied in your loan. As on date your one future EMI (moratorium interest amt- 1, 464.80/-) is remaining which will be debited from bank account in Apr’2021. Kindly keep your account funded before due date to get avoid any charges. Apart from that there are cheque bounce charges & late payment penalty of Rs 2, 205.51/- pending against your loan.
