Dear Sir/Madam,
I have cleared all balance against my YAMAHA ALPHA SCOOTER loan amount during March 2018. But i did not get NOC & letter for RTO to get the hypothecation clearance till date.

Unable to contact the BAF's customer care provided on the website.
all numbers saying as NOT IN USE or SWITCHED OFF.

Kindly consider my urgent need to despatch NOC & letter for RTO to get the hypothecation clearance to the address mentioned below.
