All EMI’s have been paid on time and from last two months your customer service is saying that NOC is dispatched. As far as I know my address is of this planet only and not mars that Noc is taking months to reach at my address. Last emi plus amount for NOC was paid in FEB 2024 and was told that it will get delieverd within 15days. So kindly send the NOC within next 2 days.

Due to the above my cibil score decreased, and i tried to contact the company to pay the overdue amount and close the loan but i couldn't find the contact details.
