BAF's agent is telling that NOC despatched from last month but have not received from agent end.

I had paid all the emis of loan against my Yamaha fz bike some of them are cheque bounce due to bank transfer issue by your team but closed all dues in time they didn't give me any closing letter or noc as it was reflecting in my cibil score and giving huge impact on it please kindly do the helpful.The office in our area is closed. Iam unable to contact these guys for several years please do needful....

My cousin bro taken a two wheeler loan and i was the guarantor, but during the covid period some EMIs were mismatched and finally the loan written off by the company by providing overdue of Rs 1771/-
Due to the above my cibil score decreased, and i tried to contact the company to pay the overdue amount and close the loan but i couldn't find the contact details.
