Dear Sir/Madam,

In reference to the captioned subject, I would like to inform you that I had sold Virtual Digital Asset(VDA) worth INR 1, 77, 971/- through BitBns/BitDroplet on 18th December, 2023. However, I am unable to withdraw/realize/transfer the said amount to my personal bank account from BitBns Wallet since 6 months.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against BitBns regarding an issue with the withdrawal of funds from my BitDroplet account. Below are the details of my complaint:

- Description: As mentioned above, After selling my VDA on 18th Dec, 2023, I had raised Normal Withdrawal Request on the same day to withdraw the said amount. As per the BitBns Normal withdrawal policy, user have to wait 60 Bank working days to get the amount credited in his/her account. Even though I have waited for more than 60 bank working days, the said amount didn't get credited to my personal bank account.

After following up with the BitBns Support Team on 19 March, 2024(the said date marks 68 working days), it was informed that Express INR Withdrawals are working fine on Website and App and I can use it to withdraw money and in order to do so I have to cancel my ongoing normal withdrawal request. I followed the instructions provided by BitBns support team and cancelled my normal withdrawal request to opt-in for express withdrawals feature.

While I tried to use the express withdrawals feature, I got an error which I notified to BitBns Support Team on 21st March, 2024 and requested for resolution. On 22nd March, 2024, BitBns Support team responded stating that Express Withdrawals was opened in the testing phase between 14th March till 20th March(the said information was not disclosed in previous communication).

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue through BitBns support, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. Also, they tricked me to close my normal withdrawal request which was overdue by more than 60 working days on the pretext of express withdrawals feature which was in trial phase.

Attached are the relevant documents for your reference.

I request your intervention to expedite the resolution of this issue. I seek immediate processing of my withdrawal request and available wallet money to my personal bank account.
