Buykart Shop — Faulty product

I had ordered 3 branded linen shirts at rs 799 on 15th march 2017. When get the order and open my package there was 5 shirts with gloomy colour and there were fully teared. It was old shirts with different size. I email to there website there was response about my returns of product. I contact the custumer care there was no respone. They were trying to cheat me
