Buyonclicks.com — disappointment!

Fraud I still have not received the order that I placed through junglee.com on January 4th 2014. There was a seller "buyonclicks.com" listed on http://www.junglee.com/ website from where I ordered headphones. I see that the order has been placed and Rs 3280/- has been debited from my bank account; but there is no update either on the order or my money. I have been calling the buyonclicks.com customer care to check on my order ; all they say is there is no stock so they will refund. If there is no stock of the product available, either they should inform the customer or send a refund to the customer. In my case, both have not been catered to yet. I am a regular customer of amazon.com overseas. Thinking that junglee.com is launched by amazon.com ; I thought that they will list only reliable sellers on their website. I seriously see a flaw in the way things are working. I have been calling up the buyonclicks.com store on [protected] to get my money refunded; but only in vain. I have been extremely patient, and calling their customer care is only increasing my mobile bill. Besides the manager or any other senior is never available to speak to and there has been no call back from their end!! Please let me know if you guys can do anything about this. Extremely disappointed!!!
