Buzz Holiday — Fraudulent promises given at the time of sales pitch

I got a call from buzz holiday and was informed that today is our anniversary and our company will give you 3 gift options, camera phone, vivo 5 or one plus 4. If you subscribe to our holiday package of INR 10500 you will get one of these gifts absolutely free. They also sent me an email in this respect. The relevant words from email are as follows: "As discussed with you about referral scheme gift if you registered your holiday package today, then you will enter in our referral scheme. No. of referral as below. You will get absolutely free today." I fell into their trap and paid INR 10500. Now they are saying that the three gift options given to you will be possible only if you refer 20 of your friends / relatives. After lot of debate, I asked for refund of my 10500 and they are denying the same. I need an urgent redressal of my grievance. Regards, Karan [protected]
