My ref number HB01033 I was meant to get £25 refund as I had to pay for my taxi to the apartment I also had to pay for flights there abd back as didn't get my tickets in time, but was told its because I hadn't put my passport details in on time! I've been waiting since October 2022 for the refund. They have told me it's been processed but I've never received it. When I've asked for the invoice number for the £25 so I can contact my bank.they said that they would ring me with it but never have.Absolutely disgusted with these people, not only oùt if pocket but also ruined my time away

In the month of april 2017, i received a call on a holiday package from buzz holidays, noida, new delhi and as per their offers i would be entitle for a package of 3 nights/4 days to a list of hotels and resorts listed with them.

Booking can commence on a pier booking of 21 days.

As i along with my co-brothers (2) were planning for a family holiday as summer holidays for our children shall begin in may, it would be an ideal idea as many services were moving towards digitalization - online platform.

As the package is for 4 member, we were in total 10, so we needed 3 such packages and have done the booking.

Before booking we also verified their company and their background an all possible internet media and looking at the best option we purchased the package.

We were also offered a booking at a hotel in kodaikanal, tamil nadu through the customer care over phone.

We were said our confirmation voucher would be mailed. We waited for a day but still no mail arrived. On continues follow-up with the company customer care, we were assured that the voucher would arrive by evening. But still noting.

Then we moved up and started speaking with the managers and received the same promises.

This went on for almost 9-10 days. We started to grow impatient and started calling. Now to whomever we used to speak they used to ask us the entire story and end up with saying will revert back after checking.

Days passed... Months have gone by we were sure that we are been dubbed and made a promise to ourself not to trust any online platform and thus the move our pm has initiated is a failure.

I request you to kindly register a complaint and address to our cause and help us to recover our the money.
