Buzzmeeh — Told me something and Terms & conditions say something else

On 22 January 2023 between 20:00 - 20:30 hours my iPhone 11 screen replacement service was done by these people. This Technician who came told me 6 months of warranty and never told me about any hidden terms and conditions which they are telling me now, Actually there terms and conditions are not at all justified. Whatever they have mentioned in the terms and conditions are all fictitious and against the customer. They are not owning any problems which will be coming for sure, its all on the customer. How can these people be allowed to run business with such terms and conditions. Today, is 13 May 2023 and my screen went black suddenly.
Phone conversation with customer care went like this:
I called them around 10:35hrs and they asked me for a video proof, I shared them two videos telling about the problems. At around 11:24 hrs they called me back telling, Your screen is damaged and hence not covered in the guarantee, I told them my screen is not at all damaged and its okay on terms of physical damages like cracks, as they are saying. Now I told them, My screen turned black; they said we do not guarantee for this also.
This pissed me off because I have paid 4500 for the screen replacement and least I deserve the correct information of terms and conditions, so i told them you guys never told me about such hidden conditions.
His reply was more shocking, "Sir we cannot tell everything to customers" Damn... Like seriously!!! They are hiding information from customers regarding their policies and looting people without giving them any justified services. I am suffering from the ill treatment and fraud behavior these people have done to their customer. I deserve to be treated well in terms of correct information as I am paying for the services.
I request the authorities to serve justice on this case. I can see many cases are filed against these people with similar experiences and I request you to put down this website for people's safety from getting robbed by these people.
