I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the service I received through your platform.
I had raised a service request for **battery replacement and back glass replacement** for my iPhone 12 Mini. As per your instructions, I visited the **Mobile N Mobile** service center at around **6:40 PM**, and the work continued until almost **11:00 PM**.

Very poor experience with Buzzmeeh, My Iphone XR folder was replaced by Buzzmeeh on 01st July 2023 & after 15 days o[censored]se only Display started overheating & Touch auto work / Touch not work related intermittent issues observed. I had register a complaint to Buzzmeeh team & from 18th July I am continuously following up with them but no resolution has been provided till Day.

I booked a slot at 27/06/2023, for replacement of my mobile display . After replacemnet of display, my mobile is not working as it was before, display is hanging and showing only same screen main menu plz resolve my problem as soon as possible...

On 22 January 2023 between 20:00 - 20:30 hours my iPhone 11 screen replacement service was done by these people. This Technician who came told me 6 months of warranty and never told me about any hidden terms and conditions which they are telling me now, Actually there terms and conditions are not at all justified. Whatever they have mentioned in the terms and conditions are all fictitious and against the customer. They are not owning any...

I got repaired my iPhone 11 screen on 22 January 2023. The guy came home for screen replacement. They told me screen warranty is of 6 months. Now I am facing problems with my screen, it went black and that too with in 4 months of getting repaired. Today is 13 May 2023, I am stuck in a problem here in Gujarat, just because my phone screen is not working. This "Buzzmeeh" is responsible for it. I was totally dependent on my phone for payments....

They have replaced my screen in Feb 2023 with screen warrenty of 6 months but after one month o[censored]se screen is not responding without having any physical demage. When I have called them then they have refused to repair my screen and told me that we have no warrenty for screen. Then for what thing they are giving warrenty of 6 months?
Really it's kind of fraud with customers.
I will also file complaint as many places as I can because it would help new users to be aware of this fraud.

My phone redmi K20 screen replacement on Oct 2022. After 1 month screen not working properly. I have made four complaints till now, but there is no response for company side.

My iPhone 5s repaired by you 2 weeks before and now it’s speaker that you changed is not working and the display that you changed that also not working what is this we are so disappointed

The technician who was repairing the phone accidently broken the screen of my Motorola g5s Plus smartphone . The screen was not the part of the repair . And they are not ready to take any responsibility of it instead told us to give extra 2300 rupees to change the broken screen . pls see to this issue ASAP .

My mobile screen for samsung M 21 was changed on 07.08.2021 and there was a white dot left on the screen on the same day. The representative told that it will go after one day but it didn't go. I talked to the representative and other person Mr. Saurabh from buzzmeeh and they told that they will change the screen. I messaged them two or three days regularly but they didn't respond and also didn't pick the call. Now after 10 days my screen is not working and there are blue colored lines on the screen. When I talk to buzzmeeh customer care no they told that it is physical damage and they don't cover physical damage in warranty. My screen is not having a single scretch then how can they say it is a physical damage. The representative didn't fix the screen properly and that's why it is now not working but they are not ready to look into the matter as they have already earned 3200rs.

I have got the screen and back glass repaired from them on 24th July'21 for my one plus 6T phone. On 3 Aug'21 my 10-month-old son drop the phone from bed. To my shock and surprise, the back cover got broken into pieces just from a height of 1 ft. It's just because they replaced the back cover with a local cheap plastic one and charged me for the original glass back cover. The broken one is totally different from what was there earlier on my phone earlier. Now, they are not ready to listen and saying it is like this only

I have booked the service for repairing mobile phone at 10am on 30-4-21 banglore and the status of booking is successful i have waited for half a day i didn't get single response customer care number is also not working worse experience .please let me know me about the booking

I have been cheated by Buzzmeeh.com. I got my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Battery replaced on 22 Sep.2020 at my place. On 16th Oct. I received a message on my phone that my battery is deteriorating. I informed the same to manager Rohit on WhatsApp. He told me to check updates that it. The updates were already done. On 24th Oct.2020 battery got puffed up. Now the company will not replace it free of cost because for puffing of battery there is no replacement. Then why a poor quality battery was installed?

It is mentioned on their official site that 6 months warranty but my battery puffed within 1 month now there is no replacement and I have to pay 1700 again for the battery.

You have used a third-grade battery so it harmed my phone and hampered my work.

Please refund my money.

I had placed a service request last week for replacement of the battery for HONOR smartphone.
Their technician did replace the battery by mentioning it as an original one [ But its a fake one] and committed that this will work perfectly.
But after 2 days, the battery showed its worst performance. Now it is not keeping charge for even 30 minutes and getting drained so fast.
It's been a week, I am chasing those guys. Every day I am calling customer care and ONLY getting FAKE promises that "This will be replaced today and don't worry sir it is in warranty.".

It is a suggestion, please don't go for this fraud service.

Contacted buzzmeeh to repair a samsung m30s as it was not switching on.
Paid 3999 to repair the device and i was told there would be a 6 months warranty on the product. Though the device was repaired at home by the technician, he told me to use the device after 3 hrs.
I used the device for few hrs. And then a line starting appearing on the screen. I tried to contact the technician and he told that he would look into it.
Post that, he seem to not worry and always said one thing or another.
Tried to contact the customer care but the call was dropped each time.
Then, after 3-4 days of following up with him, he provided the whatsapp number of the customer care team and told me to share the issue on w'app.
After sharing the issue and the video of the device, the customer care bluntly told that its physical damage and they can do nothing about it.
I now feel cheated by the company.
My questions from this con company are :-
1. Why was i not told about this when the phone was getting repaired.
2. Why did the lines started coming after using the phone for few hrs
3. What is the 6 months warranty for

I have raise a request for Apple 5s on 23sep as it was not working. The executive visit and changed the screen for apple 5s but the phone was not working properly. It was getting lock by its own and dialing emergency no automatically. When I asked the executive that why this is happening you just changed the screen, he replied oh as i just replaced it, it will take some time and this problem will get resolved. Since then it is not resolved yet. It is just 3 days the technician repaired the phone. They are saying that they are providing the warranty of 6months.I am raising the complaints again and again. I am continously chasing them but no body is listening. I have paid the amount whatever they asked for but the problem is not resolved yet. They are not at all a good service provider, I must say. Either provide me a refund or solve the issue. I have paid 1500 in cash and 1000 rs as a voucher.

Installed faulty screen and it has been a month they haven’t replaced yet...

It’s been a month, they have installed faulty screen of iphone 6, i reported the issue on very same day, from that day to today they are saying we don’t have screen, once it received will replace it however on their side they are providing same screen.
